Hi, I'm Ursula

I’m a professional photographer specializing in business portraits and fine art landscape photography, based in Michigan. I work with individuals, teams, and business owners to create clean, confident images that represent them at their best—whether that’s for LinkedIn, websites, or branding. At the same time, my landscape work is designed to bring a sense of presence and impact into professional spaces through large-scale wall art.

Before starting my photography business, I served for eight years in the United States Air Force. That experience shaped my discipline, attention to detail, and the way I approach working with people. Following my time in service, I spent over a decade as a regional manager for a national portrait company, where I developed a structured, efficient approach to creating professional images. Today, I bring both of those experiences into every session—creating an environment that is organized, relaxed, and focused on helping you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

I understand that most people don’t love being photographed. My role is to make that process easy, natural, and even enjoyable. Photography, for me, has always been about more than just capturing an image. It’s about connection—helping people see themselves the way others already do, and creating work that resonates beyond the moment it’s captured.

Whether I’m working with a professional updating their headshot or creating a large-scale landscape for an office space, the goal is the same: to create something that feels authentic, intentional, and lasting.

I’m currently serving as Artist in Residence at Office Evolution, where my work is on display in a professional office environment—helping businesses experience firsthand how impactful visual design can transform a space.
